1. How many days does shipping take?
Answer:
• Luzon: 2–5 business days
• Visayas & Mindanao: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any courier delays.
2. What courier do you use?
We ship via J&T Express.
Please note: J&T Express makes up to three (3) delivery attempts. Ensure your shipping details are accurate to avoid failed deliveries.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

4. What is your return policy?
For onhand items. We offer a 3-day return policy starting from the date you receive your order.
We accept returns if:
• The item is damaged upon delivery, or
• You received the wrong item.
Conditions for returns:
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• Sale items and selected accessories may not be eligible for return.
How to process a return:
- Send clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item to our email or customer service chat.
- Wait for our team to review and approve your request.
- Once approved, we will send you the return address where you can ship the item back.
- After inspection, we will process your exchange or refund.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
• Cash on Delivery (COD) – for eligible areas
• Online Bank Transfer / GCash
• Credit and Debit Cards – via our secure payment gateway
6. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected areas serviced by our courier.
Please ensure that someone is available to receive and pay for the package upon delivery. Repeated failed COD transactions may affect your eligibility for this payment method in future orders.
